Fix clang-format alignment issues in WiFi optimization code

Adjusted spacing before inline comments to match clang-format-21 requirements:
- src/activities/network/CrossPointWebServerActivity.cpp:152-153, 196-197
- src/network/CrossPointWebServer.h:41

This resolves the CI build failure from commit 104feef.
