cottongin f244749293 fix: auto-normalize http(s) URLs to ws(s) in bot plugins ...

Users behind reverse proxies naturally configure https:// URLs.
The websocket-client library requires ws:// or wss:// schemes.
Both plugins now auto-convert before connecting.
