fix: Dutch translation prefix correction (#1223)

## Summary

* **What is the goal of this PR?**
Fixed a small prefix translation (`STR_TO_PREFIX`)
* **What changes are included?**
Changed the translation from `naar ` to `met `

## Additional Context

* The English translation file doesn't make clear what the context of
`STR_TO_PREFIX` is, so the Dutch translation wasn't correct. This PR
fixes that.
