- Add MIT LICENSE
- Polish README: tagline, permissions docs, clone URL
- Add license, authors, readme, and repository URL to pyproject.toml
- Remove stale docs/plans/ (relocated to .cursor/) and requirements.txt
- Deduplicate and clean up .gitignore
