fix: prevent page reload on color/preset saves
...
saveSettings() writes all keys including 'enabled', which triggered
the storage.onChanged reload check even when enabled didn't actually
change. Compare oldValue vs newValue so the reload only fires when
the enabled state genuinely toggles.
